Buffalo Chicken Pasta mmmmmmm

Who's ready to spice it up in the kitchen?

Buffalo Chicken Pasta time!
Your mission, get all of this stuff... but not the All laundry detergent back there. I just didn't bring it upstairs yet, too excited about the fiery inferno in my immediate future
I boiled my chicken and shredded it the night before so i don't have a picture of that but you get the idea. Get that oven warming up to 350 F. While it's getting all toasty in there, mix all the sauces together and boil your pasta to your liking. After your pasta sticks to your kitchen cabinet, mix it all together in a bowl or baking dish like you see below and sprinkle your cheese on top.
Place this masterpiece in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes
Then all you need to do is slap some into a bowl and cute boys like this show up and eat dinner with you! He likes to add extra hot sauce to kick it up a notch. ENJOY!

Skinny Chicken Fried Rice.. yummm

Here's the ingredients and the quick instructions.

I boiled the chicken from frozen and it only took another 5-10 minuted. I cooked my rice at the same time so that it was done when I was ready to throw it in the wok!

Spray a little spray oil in the center before you crack your eggs, and let them cook almost all the way before stirring.
Then enjoy your rice. This was delicious... I don't usually let myself get friend rice at restaurants so this was a big treat.... especially since I thought it was BETTER than restaurant style.

Smoked Gouda and Bacon Mac N Cheese with a side of Parm Green Beans

Here are the ingredients and the quick instructions :)

I used Soy milk and a lactose free sharp cheddar... unfortunately they don't make Gouda in a lactose free form.

It was a TON of cheese.... the shredding took a good 15 minutes.
I put half of the bacon into the melted cheese mixture and half of the bacon into the bread crumbs. This gives you a great crispy topping and delicious cheese. But if you do this, half your salt in the sauce.

When you've sprinkled your bread crumbs on top of your pasta, put it in the oven for about 30 minutes or until your crumbs are crispy.

At the same time I made green beans. Trim all of the edges and put on cookie sheets.
Sprinkle olive oil, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1 Tbsp chopped garlic, and 1 tsp pepper on the green beans.
Throw those into the oven and 425F for 8 minutes, shake the pan around, then another 8 minutes. Take them out and put in a baking dish, sprinkle with parm cheese, and put back into the oven at 350F for 5 minutes.

Vegetable Cassarole with a Lemon Orzo

Once you have cut up everything, boil the potatoes for 15 minutes or so until about half cooked.

Start the orzo 10 minutes after when you put your casserole in the oven.

Put your cheese on your casserole when it is about half cooked.
Serve over the orzo!. I had some extra potato medallions so I made some chips in the oven at the same time.

Turkey, Apple, and Brie Sandwich with a Honey Mustard and Maple Mayo

The ore "artisan-like" your bread is, the easier it is to spread butter on it and flip the sandwiches.

Make your sauce and then assemble your sandwiches however you like them.
Put them in a warmed but not hot pan and let each side sit for about 3 minutes. The brie will melt pretty fast.
Enjoy these delicious sandwiches! This is an easy lunch that you can make really quickly!

Slow Cooker Chinese Hacked Pork

Put half of the ingredients below the pork and pour the other half over the pork.
I transferred my pork to a plate while I started my sauce.
You might need to add a bit more cornstarch if your sauce doesn't thicken in about 3 minutes.
 Chop or shred your pork.
Serve over any kind of rice you like. :)

Fettuccine Alfredo (WW adapted recipe)

I put my fettuccine into a pot to boil when I started my sauce. The timing worked out fine.
I added my flour to the milk and stirred before pouring into the garlic/butter mixture. This keeps it from clumping before you can get your liquids in there.

I added some pepper and chopped parsley into the sauce at this point.

Then pour over your pasta and enjoy!!

Garlic Ranch Chicken Pizza

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese (or veggie cheese shreds)
- 1/2 cup Bacon
- 1 cup Chicken (shredded)
- 2 Tomatoes

- 2 tbsp Sour Cream
- 3 tbsp Mayo
- 2 1/2 tbsp Milk (or original soy milk)
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
- 1/8 tsp Parsley
- 1/4 tsp Onion Powder

Go ahead and look back through my posts for the whole wheat crust recipe.... Make that about an hour before you want to start making your pizza.

Pre Heat your oven to 400F
At the same time, boil your chicken until you can easily shred it. Make your bacon however you like it during your chicken boiling....

Once your chicken is done, shred it in a bowl with the second half of your ingredients above.

Spread your chicken mixture over your crust and top with sliced tomato, cheese, and bacon pieces.

Put this into the oven until the cheese melts if you have precooked your crust; put it in for about 20-25 minutes if you used your crust raw.

Enjoy!
